Introduction to EZ-om

Introduction

EZ Order Manager (EZ-om) is a complete back-end order and inventory management system.  EZ-om enables you to breeze through your order fulfillment by helping you process orders in batch, uses colors to indicate order verification status and is integrated with major shipping carriers.

Additonally, EZ-om can generate Purchase Orders for submitting orders to your suppliers as well as creating Purchase Orders for items ordered through drop-ship suppliers.

Following fulfillment, EZ-om integrates with the payment provider you have setup in your EZ-cart to charge your customers cards (if you charge at time of ship versus time of sale).

Following payment, the order will move into the Complete status where it can be downloaded into your accounting system.

General Information

EZ-om is tightly integrated with EZ-cart.  Other integrations are also available but lack the complete integration that is provided within the EZ Merchant Solutions products.  If you would like information on how to integrate EZ-om with other shopping cart providers, please contact us for information.
